摘要
目的研究应用颊侧镍钛丝拉簧加带环舌侧自制拉钩带Ⅱ类牵引调整安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者磨牙关系的临床疗效。方法选择安氏Ⅱ类1分类共30例,同一患者下颌左右随机分组,实验组采用颊侧镍钛丝拉簧加带环舌侧自制拉钩带Ⅱ类牵引调整安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者磨牙关系,对照组采用颊侧镍钛丝拉簧带Ⅱ类牵引调整安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者磨牙关系。结果实验组关闭间隙速度平均(0.97±0.03)mm/月,对照组平均(0.74±0.03)mm/月(P<0.01);实验组磨牙位置调整较快、未发生磨牙舌侧倾斜、近中倾斜。结论应用颊侧镍钛丝拉簧加带环舌侧自制拉钩带Ⅱ类牵引调整安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者磨牙关系,速度快,能较好地保持下颌磨牙正常位置,避免舌侧及近中倾斜,是一种简单有效的调整磨牙关系的方法。
【Objective】 To investigate the clinical effect of self-made lingual band hook in Ⅱ class traction.【Methods】 30 Angle class Ⅱ division 1 cases were chose.Their left and right sides mandibular molar relationships were divided into 2 groups randomly.Niti wire extension spring in the buccal ridge combined with self-made lingual band hook was used in the experimental group.In the control group,only Niti wire extension spring in the buccal ridge was used to adjust molar's relationship.【Results】 The space-closing speed in the experimental group was(0.97±0.03) mm/month,significantly faster than that(0.74±0.03) mm/month(P 0.01) in the control group.Neither of lingual and mesial tilt took place in the experimental group.【Conclusion】 Using niti wire extension spring in the buccal ridge combined with self-made lingual band hook is faster than only using traditional niti wire extension spring in Ⅱ class traction in adjustment of molar relationship.It can better maintain normal position of molars,prevent lingual and mesialtilt.It is a simple and useful method to adjust molar relationship.
