摘要
目的:探讨强脉冲光联合咪唑斯汀治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的有效性和安全性。方法:治疗组:应用强脉冲光照射,每3周1次,3次为1个疗程,同时口服咪唑斯汀片10mg,1次/d;对照组:单纯口服咪唑斯汀片10mg,1次/d。两组均于治疗9周后观察主、客观症状变化,判定疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为85.2%、43.5%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(χ2=9.63,P<0.01)。结论:强脉冲光联合咪唑斯汀治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of intense pulsed light and mizolastine in treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods In the treatment group IPL was applied on face with an interval of 3 weeks,3 sessions of treatment served as a course,while mizolastine taken orally 10mg,1 time daily.In the control group mizolastine taken orally 10mg only. Therapeutic response were evaluated by subjective and objective symptoms after nine weeks. Results Total effective ratio of treatment and control group were 85.2% and 43.5% respectively, treatment group has significant effect compare with control group（X2=9.63,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Intense pulsed light and mizolastine is safe and effective in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
