摘要
目的:探讨应用强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床可行性。方法:收治面部激素依赖性皮炎患者90例,分为两组,每组45例。对照组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者给予药物外敷和口服治疗,观察组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者在此基础上联合强脉冲光治疗。结果:观察组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者皮损完全消失时间、自觉症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组面部激素依赖性皮炎患者症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药物外敷和口服联合强脉冲光治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的应用效果确切,可有效促进皮损消退,缩短疗程,改善症状。
Objective：To explore the feasibility of using intense pulsed light to treat facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods：90 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis were treated.The control group was given external application and oral treatment,while the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light.Results：The total effective rate of facial hormone dependent dermatitis in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the time of complete disappearance of skin lesions and the time of disappearance of conscious symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the symptom scores of the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Application of drug external and oral strong pulse light in the treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis is effective,it can effectively promote the degeneration of skin lesions,shorten the course of treatment and improve the symptoms.
