摘要
目的:观察灸肝俞、心俞、膻中治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各组30例,治疗组灸肝俞、心俞、膻中治疗,对照组服用西药米氮平治疗。6周为1个疗程;各组治疗前后分别测定汉密尔顿郁量表(HAMD)分值,通过对治疗前后的HAMD分值变化,统计临床数据。结果:灸法疗法可明显改善抑郁症患者HAMD的评分而无副作用,其改善情况与单纯的西药组相当。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect in treatment of depression patients with moxibustion on Ganshu （BL18） ,Xinshu（ BL15 ） and Danzhong（ RN17 ）. Methods：60 cases of chronic patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with moxibustion on Ganshu（ BL18 ）, Xinshu （BL15） and Danzhong（RN17） while the control group was treated by Remeron. Six weeks was a course of treatment. Each group＇ s HAMD scores were determined before and after treatment. Through observing the changes of HAMD scores before and af- ter treatment, we analyzed the clinical data. Conclusion：Moxibustion therapy can obviously improve the HAMD scores of depres- sion patients with no side effect. The therapeutic effect of treating depression with moxibustion is remarkable.
