基于直接转矩控制的电动汽车驱动系统研究

摘要 针对电动汽车驱动系统,提出基于定子磁场定向的直接转矩控制技术,实现驱动电机全速度运行。详细给出了电动汽车驱动系统的参数设计方案,针对20 kW永磁同步电机及336 VDC供电电源,完成圆形定子磁链轨迹下的三相电压型逆变器电压空间矢量最优开关选择表。恒转矩(0~1500 r/min)和恒功率(1500~3000 r/min)全速度范围内的运行表明,电动汽车直接转矩驱动系统具有响应速度快、速度跟踪准确的特点,同时具有良好的抗扰性能。 Direct torque controller based on stator flux orientation is proposed to realize full speed running of drive motor. The parameter design scheme of electrical vehicle drive system is analyzed in detail. The voltage space vector optimal switching table of the three-phase voltage-source inverter under circular stator flux trajectory for 20kW PMSM and 336VDC power supply is given. The full speed running results of constant torque (0~1 500 r/min) and constant power (1 500~3 000 r/min) demonstrate that electrical vehicle direct torque drive system can assure the system of fast response speed, precise speed tracking and robust performance under load disturbance.
