摘要
在对船用电气控制箱进行红外跟踪监测的基础上,选取2个典型实例进行监测诊断研究。为进一步对实际监测结论进行验证,并对以后监测工作提供理论指导,根据接触器具体结构特点简化建立了一个三维导热模型进行理论仿真。综合分析实际监测和理论仿真数据,结果显示,控制箱最高温度受环境温度、接触电阻及电流的影响,而温升和温差与接触电阻和电流大小有关,与环境温度无关;对船用电气设备控制箱进行红外监测时,利用同类比较法结合绝对温度法综合判断,则能避免单纯依靠温升诊断而造成的漏诊。
A study on the application of infrared thermography to conditions monitor of marine electric control cabinet has been done based on two cases of infrared monitoring. And a three-dimensional mathematical heat transfer model has been built according to the structure of contactor in order to provide some guidance for the infrared diagnosis and verify the results of monitoring. The results of simulation and monitoring show that the highest temperature of electric control cabinet is affected obviously by the condition temperature, contact resistance and load current;And the condition temperature has little influence on the temperature rise and temperature difference, which are affected by contact resistance and load current only. It’s easier to estimate the working condition of marine electric control cabinet by combining comparative method and absolute temperature method at the same time, and the missed diagnosis which caused by the temperature rise method can be avoided when the electric control cabinet is monitored .
