摘要
通过增韧和耐磨填充试验,研究了增韧剂、无机填充剂、润滑剂对增韧耐磨尼龙66材料力学性能的影响和润滑剂对材料摩擦性能的影响。经靶场试验表明,增韧耐磨尼龙66材料缺口冲击强度为25 k J/m2、摩擦系数为0.25时,可满足弹带的使用功能要求。
The influences of toughening agent, inorganic filler and lubricant on the mechanical properties and lubricant on the friction property of toughened and wear-resistant nylon 66 were studied by the toughening and wear-resistant test. The test range results show that the notched impact strength and friction coefficient of the toughened and wear-resistant nylon 66 is 25 kJ / m^2, 0.25 respectively, which meets the use functional requirement of the belt.
