摘要 提出了一种通过在发射药中添加纳米复合材料来延长武器身管使用寿命的方法.该方法是将一种纳米复合材料添加到发射药中,通过改善发射药的性能,使发射药的抗烧蚀性和燃烧完全性提高,降低枪管温升,从而达到提高身管使用寿命的目的.以某型号小口径自动武器为对象,进行了身管常温寿命实验.结果表明,该技术可有效延长身管的使用寿命.通过对寿后枪管检测分析表明,在发射药中添加纳米复合材料显著降低了身管的烧蚀. A method to increase the service life of gun barrel by adding the nanomaterial to the propellant is presented. A kind of complex nanomaterial is studied and manufactured, thus the propellant's antierosion capability and combustion completion are improved by adding the nanomaterial to the propellant. And the temperature rise of the barrel is reduced when firing with the propellant that added the nanomateriah These result in prolonging the service life of gun barrel. In this paper, it is proved that the service life of gun barrel is increased observably through the barrel service life experiment. It is also proved that the erosion to the barrel bore is reduced observably by detecting the barrel's inner surface.
