摘要
火炮发射时,身管内膛承受的火药气体的烧蚀、冲刷和弹丸的冲击、摩擦,会导致内膛的烧蚀和磨损。内膛严重磨损主要集中在膛线起始部和炮口部。烧蚀磨损是造成火炮射击精度偏差的主要原因之一。改善内膛和弹带结构,正确执行勤务规定,合理选择火药种类、装药,降低身管温升是减少内膛烧蚀的重要措施。提出了运用等离子增强化学气相沉积法、电火花表面强化法和先进喷涂法处理火炮身管内膛的原理,并进行了理论分析。此项技术运用于处理火炮身管内膛为类似技术的移植。该技术既可作为身管制造中的预处理工艺,也可作为一种修理手段修复轻度磨损的身管。
Erosive wear is one of main reasons of firing error. Important measures to reduce erosion in bore are: correctly execute service instruction, reasonably select type of propellant and charge, and decrease thermal rate of barrel etc. By means of methods such as plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), surface strengthening with electric spark and advanced thermal spraying technology, treatment principle of gun barrel bore is presented, and related results of theory study are analyzed. The technology can not only be taken as preprocessing procedure in barrel manufacture, but also as a repairing means to repair light worn barrel.
