零价复合金属催化H_2O_2降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水

摘要 通过将不同形貌零价复合金属催化剂催化H2O2降解活性艳红X-3B染料水的效果结合溶液中释放的主要的金属离子的量,选择最佳催化剂进行降解实验研究,并探索最佳催化体系下催化剂投加量、H2O2投加量、p H等因素对体系降解X-3B的影响,对催化剂的重复使用性进行了研究。结果表明丝状零价复合金属催化剂Fe2+最大释放量为16 mg/L,催化H2O2降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水脱色率达98%,TOC降解率为52%,催化剂可多次重复使用。 Experiments were conducted to study the degradation effect by H2O2 catalyzed by zero valent composite metal catalysts with different shapes and the amonut of released metal ion in aqueous solution by the catalysts. Choose the best catalyst by comparing the amount of metal ions and the degradation effect. Discussed the influence of catalyst dosage, H2O2 dosage, pH value and other factors on the degradation of X-3B dye wastewater. Explored the reusability of the catalyst. The results show that the maximum amount of metal ions released by the filamentous zero valent composite catalyst was 16 mg/L, the H2O2 catalytic degradation of reactive decolorization rate of brilliant red -3B dye wastewater reached 98 %, the degradation rate of TOC is 52 %, the catalyst can be used repeatedly.
