摘要
科学数据信息资源是一种重要的科研成果产出,也是科学研究不可或缺的重要组成部分。文章以科学数据的内涵为基础,分析了高校图书馆获取科学数据信息资源的开放途径及申请管理与服务的方法,从检索、获取管理与服务,关联、技术管理与服务,传递、存储管理与服务等方面,对高校图书馆开放获取科学数据信息资源的管理与服务进行了探讨。
Science data information resources are the important research outputs, and they are also the indispensable parts of scientific research. Based on the connotation of science data, this article makes an analysis of the methods of open approach and application of the methods of management and service of university library to obtaining scientific data and information resources, explores the management and services of science data information resources on open access in university library from the aspects of access management and service, the retrieval, relevance, technical management and service, transference, storage management and service.
