肺炎支原体肺炎伴喘息患儿血清白细胞介素-3和血管内皮生长因子检测的临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 目的:检测肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)伴喘息患儿血清白细胞介素-3(IL-3)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,探讨其临床意义。方法:选取湘潭市中心医院呼吸科收治的急性支气管肺炎患儿180例,根据病情分为MPP伴喘息组、MPP不伴喘息组、普通肺炎(非MPP不伴喘息)组各60例,应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)技术检测患儿血清IL-3和VEGF水平。结果:MPP伴喘息组患儿血清IL-3、VEGF水平分别为(287.2±59.3)ng/L、(2 863.2±201.7)ng/L,均高于MPP不伴喘息组[(103.7±32.5)ng/L、(609.2±67.9)ng/L]和普通肺炎组[(99.4±38.6)ng/L、(599.8±69.3)ng/L](P均<0.05);而MPP不伴喘息组与普通肺炎组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:MPP不伴喘息患儿和普通肺炎患儿血清IL-3、VEGF水平正常且无明显差异,而MPP伴喘息患儿血清IL-3、VEGF水平显著升高,说明MPP患儿喘息的发生,与肺炎支原体(MP)感染无关,而与IL-3、VEGF水平升高有关。 Objective: To detect the blood interleukin( IL-3) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) levels in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia( MPP),and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: One hundred and eighty children with acute bronchial pneumonia in our hospital were chosen,they were randomly classified into three groups,at the records of respiratory including 60 cases of MPP children with wheezing( MPP with wheezing group),60 cases of MPP children without wheezing( MPP without wheezing group),60 cases of children without MPP and wheezing( common pneumonia group). The IL-3 and VEGF levels were detected by ELISA technology. Results: The levels of IL-3 and VEGF in MPP with wheezing group were( 287. 2 ± 59. 3) ng / L and( 2. 863.2± 201. 7) ng/L,which were significantly higher than that of MPP without wheezing group(( 103. 7 ± 32. 5) ng/L and( 609.2±67.9) ng/L) and common pneumonia group(( 99.4±38.6) ng/L and( 599.8±69.3) ng/L),the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between MPP without wheezing group and common pneumonia group( P〉0.05). Conclusion: The levels of IL-3 and VEGF in MPP children without breathing and common pneumonia children are no obvious difference,the levels of IL-3 and VEGF in the MPP with breathing are higher than MPP children without breathing and common pneumonia children. The occurrence of bronchopneumonia breathing has nothing to do with mycoplasma pneumoniae( MP) infection,and associated with IL-3,VEGF levels.
