肾脏替代治疗在急性肾损伤应用中的争议和共识 被引量：16

摘要 急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury,AKI）是临床常见危重症,发病率和死亡率高,且带来了一系列的严重后果。肾脏替代治疗（renal replacement therapy,RRT）是严重AKI患者治疗的基础。近年来,RRT从仪器设备、应用指征,治疗时机、模式、剂量、血管通路、抗凝技术到并发症防治,都发展迅速,但目前仍有诸多问题尚未解决[1]。本文基于近年来基础和临床应用研究,就RRT在AKI应用中的争议和共识进行阐述。
