摘要
以我国城市社区体育公共服务公众满意度的对比为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,运用自编量表并采取分层抽样抽取我国东中西部9个城市的1 620名社区公众实施问卷调查.结果表明,传统老旧社区体育场馆设施与体育管理监督服务公众满意度明显偏低,单位社区的体育活动组织与体育健身指导服务公众满意度最高;距离社区核心健身圈越远的公众总体满意度水平明显降低;社区内或周边无任何学校的公众总体满意度明显偏低;经济社会发展水平较高的东部地区公众对社区体育公共服务的满意度最高,而西部地区公众满意度明显普遍偏低.认为加强社区体育场馆设施空间布局的合理改造和科学规划,充分利用社区内或周边学校的一切体育资源,重视社区体育公共服务运行的管理与监督,是城市社区体育公共服务公众满意度水平提升的有效途径.
The research aims at doing a questionnaire survey according to the research objectthe comparative study on our urban community sports＇ public service satisfaction by using the following main methods： questionnaire survey, mathematical statistic and logic analysis, etc. Besides, it employs the method of self-made scale and stratified sampling of 1 620 community publics from 9 cities in Middle East and West. The result showed that the public satisfaction of the traditional and old community sport facilities and the sports＇ management and supervision service is obviously on the low side, and the public satisfaction of sport activities organization and fitness guidance in institution community is the highest. The farther distance away from the center of fitness, the public overall satisfaction is decreased obviously. The public satisfaction is in its supremacy in the east where has a high level of economic and social development, but it is low in the west. The study argues that enhancing the reasonable reformation and the scientific planning of the spatial arrangement of commu- nity sports＇ facilities, fully employing all the sport resources in communities or the surrounding schools, focusing on its management and supervision of community sports＇ public service, and simplifying and innovating the organization procedures and forms of community sport activities are effective ways to improve the level of urban community sports＇ public service satisfaction.
