摘要
锦屏一级水电站坝基深孔帷幕灌浆采用"孔口封闭、自上而下"循环灌浆法,成功解决了坝基渗流问题,其中施工质量的监控是一项重大工程。本文以左岸深孔帷幕灌浆质量检测方法成果为例,介绍施工中以同时满足透水率和允许水力坡降为主,岩体钻孔全景图像测试、声波纵波速为辅,结合钻孔、取岩芯资料、灌浆记录等综合评定方式,对防渗工程施工质量进行及时、准确地掌控,为整个枢纽的安全运行提供可靠保证。对相关工程项目的质量检测提供了较好的样本。
The deep hole curtain grouting of silk screen first-class hydropower station dam foundation adopts "orifice closed, top-down" circulation grouting method, which successfully solves the problem of dam foundation seepage, and the monitoring of construction quality is a major project. Quality detection method based on the deep hole in the left bank of the curtain grouting results as an example, introduces a comprehensive evaluation way that in construction it satisfies that the priority is given to permeable rate and the hydraulic grade; rock drilling panoramic image test, acoustic longitudinal wave velocity is complementary in combination with drilling and coring data, and grouting record to timely and accurately grasp the seepage control engineering construction quality, and provide reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the whole hub. Provides a good sample for the quality testing of the related project.
