摘要
黄金坪水电站大坝座落于大渡河干流深厚覆盖层上,防渗墙最大深度达130 m。墙下基岩帷幕灌浆施工具有钻孔深度较深、技术难度高、施工空间狭小等特点。通过有针对性的采取钻灌设备合理选型、预埋灌浆钢孔口管、精密控制孔斜等技术措施,大坝墙下深孔基岩帷幕取得了较好的防渗效果。研究并总结了黄金坪水电站大坝墙下基岩帷幕灌浆施工所采取的先进钻灌工艺与技术,可供类似水利水电工程推广与应用。
Huangjinping dam is located in the deep overburden on the Dadu River and maximum depth of diaphragm wall is 130 m. The curtain grouting construction in foundation rock under diaphragm wall is characterized with deep drilling hole d,great technical challenges,narrow construction space and so on. By reasonable selection of drilling and grouting equipment,pre-buried grouting steel pipe,precision control of hole inclination and other technical measures,curtain grouting in foundation rock under the diaphragm wall of the dam is effective. This paper studies and summarizes the advanced drilling and grouting technology of the foundation curtain grouting of the dam at Huangjinping hydropower station to provide popularization and application in the similar hydropower projects.
