摘要 目的评价3D打印技术对颌面部多发骨折术前预测的准确性和临床应用价值。方法 2014年6月~2015年3月收治的8名颌面部多发骨折患者,其中男性5例,女性3例;年龄25~58岁,平均43岁。术前行颌面部三维重建CT,将数据输入3D打印机,制成与患者颌面部1∶1的快速成型模型,在模型上模拟骨折手术及骨折固定材料预成型,并在实际手术中对比模型与真实骨折状况的符合程度。结果 3D打印模型可以准确复制面部骨折状况,所有患者实际骨折情况与术前预测对应,手术时间明显缩短,术后面部外形、咀嚼功能恢复良好。结论 3D打印技术具有较高精确性,利用其进行骨折术前预测,可以提高手术准确性,缩短手术时间,并达到良好的修复效果。 Objective To evaluate the preoperative prediction accuracy and clinical application value of three dimensional(3D) printing technology in the management of multiple maxillofacial fractures.Methods Eight patients with multiple maxillofacial fractures in our hospital from Jun.2014 to Mar.2015 were chosen to undergo CT scanning with maxillofacial 3D reconstruction before operation.The data was input to 3D printer to yield rapid pro-totyping model with the same size of patients'maxillofacial regions.Simulations of fracture surgery and pre-forming of fracture fixation materials were conducted on the model to compare the consistency of model with the data obtained from real fracture operations.Results 3D printing models can accurately replicate the facial fractures.The actual fracture conditions of all patients were corresponding to preoperative prediction with operation time shortened signifi-cantly and good recovery of facial appearance and masticatory function.Conclusion With high precision,3D print-ing technique can be applied to the preoperative prediction of multiple maxillofacial fractures in order to improve the surgical accuracy,shorten the surgical time and achieve effective rehabilitation.
