摘要
本研究以牛蛙(Rana catesbiana)为材料,用氯化铅配制不同浓度的Pb2+溶液(10、20和40 mg/kg)。持续染毒7 d后,培养1 d,然后对牛蛙呼吸频率、心率、肌肉和神经组织兴奋阈值、总蛋白质含量、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性以及重金属Pb2+的残留量进行测定。结果表明,处理前牛蛙呼吸频率无显著差异,处理后呼吸频率有显著差异,心率随浓度的增大而降低。牛蛙肌肉和神经组织兴奋阈值随重金属Pb2+离子浓度的增大而增大,总蛋白质含量、MDA含量随Pb2+浓度的增大而升高,CAT活性随Pb2+浓度的增大而降低。在腹肌、后腿肌肉和肝脏中重金属Pb2+的残留量最多的是肝脏,其次是腹肌,最少的是后腿肌肉。
In this study,Bullfrogs( Rana catesbiana) was treated by lead chloride solution with different concentration of 10,20 and 40 mg /kg. Heart rate,respiratory frequency,muscle and nerve tissue exciting threshold,total protein,malondialdehyde( MDA) level,catalase( CAT) activity and heavy metal Pb2 +residue of Rana catesbiana were determined after 7 days Pb2 +exposed and 1 day feeding. The results showed that heart rate and respiratory frequency of Rana catesbiana had no significant difference before Pb2 +treatment,but not after treatment. While the heart rate decreased with the increase of Pb2 +concentration of Rana catesbiana. Muscle and nerve tissue excitability threshold value increased with the increase of Pb2 +concentrations. Total protein content,MDA content increased with Pb2 +concentration increasing,and CAT activity decreased with the increase of Pb2 +concentration. Furthermore,Pb2 +residues were mainly in liver,followed by abdominal muscles and hind leg muscles in turn.
