摘要
为了解滚动直线导轨副可靠性情况,对滚动直线导轨特性和可靠性试验特点进行研究。通过对精度保持性、功能可靠性和疲劳寿命可靠性中的可靠性指标和影响因素进行分析,提出了滚动直线导轨副可靠性试验设计。试验样本在同一批同种型号导轨中随机抽取,试验方案主要考虑试验条件、失效判据和评估方法三个方面,从而得出导轨精度保持特性,功能可靠性和使用寿命特征。最后,结合滚动直线导轨副可靠性试验中实际出现的各种故障形式,进行故障分析。
In order to understand the reliability situation of linear rolling guide,characteristics and reliability test were studied. By the analysis on indicators and influencing factors of precision maintenance,function reli-ability and fatigue life reliability,the linear rolling guide reliability test design was put forward. Test samples was extracted in the same batch of the same types of rails at random. This testing scheme mainly considered from three aspects including test conditions,failure criterion and assessment method;obtained the guide preci-sion characteristics,functional reliability and service life characteristics. Finally, analyzed the various faults of linear rolling guide from the reliability test.
