摘要 提出一种机电产品可再制造性的评估模型,模型从产品再制造的资源利用可行性、环境可行性、经济可行性和技术可行性等四个方面进行分析考虑。再制造的技术可行性评价方法是建立在前人研究的基础上,对再制造过程中常遇到的八个工艺过程分别归入四类评估指标进行处理。对其他三个方面的可行性评价也得出了相应的定量分析方法。以某种型号的硒鼓为例进行再制造评价,计算表明,该型硒鼓具有较好的可再制造性。 Be to establish an effective remanufacturability assessing model for waste eleetromeehanieal products. Four aspects of product remanufaeture : the feasibility of resources, environment, economy, and techniques were analyzed in building this assessing model. Most importantly, the feasibility of techniques was assessed through a feasibility index which was obtained by calculating the percentage and score of four assessing indexes. These indexed were combined from eight technique processes of the remanufacture process. Meanwhile, corresponding quantitative analysis methods were also proposed for other three aspects. Finally, a case study of a certain type of toner cartridge was conducted by using this assessing model and the result indicated that this toner cartridge demonstrated a good remanufacturability.
