摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法 84例脑卒中患者随机分成观察组和对照组各42例。对照组给予神经内科基础治疗及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医护理干预。评定2组治疗前及治疗1个月后神经功能缺损评分,对比临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分均明显降低,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90.48%,明显高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预能显著改善脑卒中患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application research of Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with stroke.Methods 84 cases with stroke were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,42 cases in〈each group. Patients in the control group were given neurological routine treatment and conventional nursing ,observation group received Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Neurological functional defect （NIHSS） scores were assessed to evaluate clinical curative effect in two groups before and after 1‐month treatment.Results Compared with that before treatment ,NIHSS score in two groups after treatment significantly decreased ,which in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. The overall effective rate of observation group was 90.48% ,which was obviously higher than 73.81% of control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in stroke patients ,improve the patients＆#39;quality of life ,and be worthy of clinical promotion.
