摘要
回顾性分析10例确诊为热射病患者的临床资料、治疗效果、转归和并发症,提出早期识别、尽快降温可改善预后;积极纠正休克、弥散性血管内凝血及多脏器功能障碍综合征等并发症是抢救成功的关键。
Clinical data, treatment effect, outcome and complications of 10 patients with heat stroke were retrospectively analyzed, and then early recognition and cooling were put forward to improve prognosis; correcting complications such as shock, and disseminated intravascular coagulation and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome were the key points to successful rescue.
