摘要
目的探讨护理干预措施应用于CRRT治疗热射病中的应用价值。方法选择我院进行CRRT治疗的热射病患者32例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组采取综合护理干预措施,观察两组患者临床治疗情况。结果两组患者24h肌酐变化情况经统计学分析比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者血管通路通畅情况、24h滤器使用个数和平均每个滤器使用时间均优于对照组,经统计学分析比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采取CRRT治疗的热射病患者实施综合护理干预措施可以有效降低患者肌酐水平,保证血管通路的畅通,减少滤器使用个数并延长滤器平均使用时间,值得在临床大力推广使用。
Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention measures in the CRRT treatment of heatstroke. Methods Thirty-two patients with thermoplegia treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing scheme and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures. The clinical treatment situation of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The two groups had no statistically significant difference in the 24-hour creatinine change （P 〉 0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group in the vascular access patency, the number of used filters and the average use time of each filter within 24 hours, with statistically significant differences （P 〈z 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention measures in the thermoplegia patients receiving CRRT treatment can effectively reduce the patients＇ creatinine level, ensure the vascular access patency, reduce the number of used filters and prolong the average use time of filters, thereby worthy of strong clinical promotion and application.
