摘要
铜仁学院化学(师范)专业坚持"三对接"等原则,调研了行业、企业需求状况,对人才培养方案进行了研究、优化,努力提高应用型人才培养质量。
Based on the principles of ＂three joints＂ for the talent training scheme of the chemistry （Pedagogical Education） in Tongren University, the requirements of business and enterprise were surveyed. The talent training scheme of the chemistry （Pedagogical Education） was studied and optimized to improve the quality of training application-oriented talents.
