摘要
PCB废水中的络合铜废水处理关键在于破络除铜。为了降低运行费用和产泥量,同时为后期的工艺优化提供依据和参考.本试验通过研究破络除铜的最佳TMT-15加入量、PAC加入量、FeCl3/TMT-15摩尔比、pH值等条件,综合处理效率、投药成本、污泥产量多方面的因素,确定了最佳运行条件:以NaOH调节pH到7—8,TMT-15与进水Cu2+的摩尔比为2:1~2.4:1,反应5—10min,再加适量PAC和FeCl,进行混凝反应,沉淀40min,出水铜离子浓度达到GB21900—2008中的总铜排放标准(即:低于0.5mg/L)。
The key of complex copper wastewater treatment in PCB is the copper complex removing. In order to reduce the operation cost and sludge production, provide the basis and reference for later technical optimization, this paper analyzes the optimum operating conditions by testing best TMT-15 amount, PAC amount, FeC13/ TMT-15 molar ratio, pH value and other conditions, the integrated treatment efficiency, administration costs, sludge production in copper complex removing in this experiment. That is : trying to adjust NaOH to pH 7-8, molar ratio of TMT-15 witla water Cu2+ to 2 - 2.4 : 1, then wait for the reaction for about 5 - 10 minutes, and mix some PAC and FeCl3 , and deposit for 40 minutes, finally the copper ion concentration of the effluent will reach the total copper emission standards (i. e. , below 0.5mg/L) in GB21900- 2008.
