摘要
针对某厂镀铜废水中存在的问题,在原处理工艺的基础上进行实验研究,提出最佳工艺参数:破络pH值为4.5,所用树脂改为116A.H型,双柱串联运行,再生液用0.5~1mol/L的硫酸溶液,定期活化。从而可使废水处理达标并循环使用。提高了树脂工作交换容量和再生容量。
In order to solve the problems existing in the treatment of the copperwastewater from plating, an experimental study is carried out on the basis of the formertreatment technique. Some optimum technical parameters obtained can be expressed as thatthe pH value breaking down complex is 4~5,that resin used is changed to H type,that two columns are operated in series and the regenerant concentration is 0. 5~1mol/LH2SO4.Activation is applied at regular intervals. Thus,the wastewater can be treated tocome up to the standard which can be discharged or reused,the working exchange capacityof resin and the reproducing capacity are increased.
