摘要
针对目前无线电能传输(WPT)系统发射端逆变电路结构复杂,逆变器中滞后臂实现软开关困难等问题,将磁耦合谐振零电流开关(ZCS)全桥DC/DC变换器应用到WPT系统,实现开关管的软开关。该系统无需添加任何辅助电路即可实现发射端全桥逆变器的零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS)和接收端整流二极管的ZCS,结构简单,初次级电流应力小。设计了1 kW,200 kHz的WPT系统实验平台,仿真和实验结果表明由于软开关的实现,使系统有较好的传输性能,传输效率高达97.89%。
For inverter circuit of wireless power transmission(WPT) system transmitting terminal is complex and lag- ging leg is hardt to achieve soft-switching and other issues, a magnetically coupled resonant zero-current switching(ZCS) full-bridge DC/DC converter is presented and is applied into WPT system to achieve soft-switching.Without adding any auxiliary transmitter circuit it can achieve full-bridge inverter of the transmitting terminal zerovoltage zero-current switching(ZVZCS) and ZCS of receiving terminal rectifier diode.It has the advantages of simple structure,small str- ess of the primary and the secondary current.A 1 kW,200 kHz WPT system experiment platform is designed. Simulation and experimental results show that the soft-switching make system have good transmission performance, and the transfer efficiency is about 97.89%.
