摘要 提出一种软开关高频逆变器拓扑,并应用于谐振式无线电能传输系统(WPT)。所提软开关高频逆变器拓扑根据开关管"电压、电流不同时出现"的原理设计,具有效率高、电路拓扑简单的优点。首先分析了所提电路拓扑的基本原理和工作过程;其次对所提电路拓扑进行仿真验证,并对应用所提电路拓扑的谐振式WPT进行仿真;最后,对所提电路拓扑和谐振式WPT进行实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,所提电路拓扑适合于小功率的谐振式WPT的发射电路。 A soft-switched high frequency inverter topology is proposed,and applied to the resonant wireless power transmission(WPT) system.The proposed soft-switched high frequency inverter topology is designed with the principle of the switch voltage and current not occurring simultaneously.Therefore, the proposed topology has the virtues of high efficiency and simplicity.Firstly,the fundamental principle and working procedure of the proposed topology are analyzed in detail.Secondly, the simulations of the proposed topology are carried out.Meanwhile, the resonant WPT system applying the proposed topology is simulated.In the end, the proposed topology and the resonant WPT system are validated by experiments.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed topology is suitable for the transmit-ting circuit of low-power resonant WPT system.
