摘要
从广义包容性发展的经济、环境、社会、公共治理和贸易伙伴5个维度定量研究广西边境民族地区包容性发展现状。结果表明:该地区与外部地区相比仍有很大差距;经济发展与环境基本包容;城镇、农村居民收入水平低,城乡差距大;政府教育支出高于广西总体水平,但其它民生支出、科技投入和公共服务供给不足;边境贸易包容性很强。为实现包容性发展,该地区应着力推动经济转型升级,继续加强环境保护,注重职业教育,努力提高农民收入,重视科技进步,加大研发投入,进一步提升对外开放水平。
The study apply the concept of generalized inclusive development ,that is ,from the five dimensions of economic , environmental ,public governance and trading partners ,to analyze the inclusiveness of current development situation for border minority areas in Guangxi .Then ,there is still a great gap between the areas and its external ;Economic growth is in inclusive with environment ;Income is very equal in urban and rural residents respectively ,but income level is still low , urban‐rural residents＇income gap still great ;Education expenditures form Government is more than that of Guangxi ,but other expenditures for people＇s livelihood ,R＆D and public services are insufficient ;Border trade is of highly inclusive and compatible .For inclusive development the areas should put forth effort to promote the transformation and upgrading of e‐conomic structure ,continue to strengthen the protection of ecological environment ,pay attention to vocational education , strive to raise farmer＇s income ,Attaches great importance to the progress of science and technology ,increase investment in R＆D ,enhance the level of opening and reform .
