摘要
目的探讨分析多奈哌齐合并小剂量抗精神病药物治疗首发精神行为症状的老年性痴呆的临床效果。方法对2013年5月~2015年5月在我院收治的43例老年性痴呆患者的临床资料予以研究,根据治疗方法分为两组：单一组（n=20）、联合组（n=23）。单一组给予多奈哌齐治疗,联合组在单一组治疗的基础上给予奥氮平治疗,观察比较两组患者的日常生活能力、智能精神状态及精神病病情程度。结果联合组患者治疗后的日常生活能力、智能精神状态及精神病病情程度优于单一组,组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗首发精神行为症状的老年性痴呆的临床效果较佳,可以改善患者的日常生活能力与智能精神状态。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of donepezil combined with small doses of antipsychotic drug in treatment of starting senile dementia.Methods From May 2013 to May 2015,clinical data of 43 patients with senile dementia research in our hospital,according to the treatment was divided into two groups：single group（n=20）,joint group （n=23）. Single group was given donepezil therapy, joint group combined on the basis of the single group therapy given olanzapine treatment, compared two groups of patients daily life skills, intelligent mental state and mental illness.ResultsThe joint group of patients after treatment,the ability of daily life,intelligent mental state and degree of mental illness were superior to the single group,comparing differences between groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Donepezil combined with olanzapine in treatment of starting senile dementia,the clinical effect is good,can improve the patient＇s mental state,daily life ability and intelligence.
