摘要
韩国的婴儿潮一代于2010年前后进入退休高峰期,他们是否在为退休做准备、如何准备以及退休后的生活方式等问题受到广泛关注,退休准备教育的相关研究和实践活动也随之活跃起来。韩国的退休准备教育既是缓解临退休人员负面情绪的福利机制和提供转职援助的教育措施,也是政府应对老龄化风险的政策途径。目前主要由民间企业和政府公共部门为(临)退休人员提供老年生活指导以及转职教育和援助。从其发展特点来看,正在转向终身教育视角下的经历开发教育,启动以财务规划为基础的综合生涯规划指导。政府的政策支持是教育开展的主要动力,企业也在加快意识转变加入教育队伍。这些为我国实施退休准备教育提供了相关经验和启示。
The first generation of Korean baby boomers reaches their peak in retirement at around 2010. Whether or how they prepare for retirement as well as their post-retirement lifestyle has received exten- sive attention. Pre-retirement education research and practice has become more active. South Korea^s pre-retirement education is not only to alleviate the welfare system and education measures to provide temporary assistance to retirees transfer of negative emotions, hut also an important political solution to response to aging risk. At present, the elderly life guidance, education and aid of job transferring for those retirees and are provided from the private companies and the public sectors. From the point of view of its development, it is turning into the development of experiencing education through the Lifelong Ed- ucation Perspective, starting the financial plan based on a comprehensive career planning guidance. Policy support from the government is the main driving force of education development; companies has acceler- ated the transition of consciousness which make them to join the education team. These embodiments provided related experiences and inspiration for China's pre-retirement education.
