摘要
目的探讨精神科封闭病房开展优质护理的实践与成效,并进行分析,以供参考。方法选取2013年5月~2014年11月我院精神科收治的封闭病房患者,共200例作为研究对象。并对其进行随机分成2组。比较2组患者在经过1个月的护理干预后,其患者的不良事件发生状况,并进行分析。结果实验组患者的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对精神科封闭病房患者开展优质的护理工作,可以有效降低患者的不良事件发生率,更有利于保障医疗安全,并且护理质量得以明显提高。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in closed psychiatric ward.Methods From May 2013 to November 2014,selected 200 cases admitted to a closed psychiatric ward patients,as the research object. A month later,in two groups of patients with adverse event status,and analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Closed psychiatric ward for patients with high quality care to carry out the work,it is possible to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients,better protect medical safety,and quality of care it can be significantly improved.
