摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式在剖宫产术中的应用效果与应用价值。方法选用我院2013年8~12月收治的接受剖宫产手术的产妇60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,其中对照组患者接受剖宫产手术的常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上接受舒适护理。对比分析两组患者的异常反应发生率与对护理的满意度。结果接受护理后,观察组患者术中紧张恐惧、心慌恶心、低血压等异常反应发生率明显低于对照组,二者差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在剖宫产手术中行舒适护理,能有效提高产妇的术中舒适程度,确保护理质量,提高产妇对护理的满意度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing mode applications in cesarean section.Methods Selected 60 cases of maternal cesarean section from August 2013 to December 2013,randomly divided into observation group and control group. 30 cases in each group, among the control group patients received routine care cesarean surgery. Observation group received comfort care on the basis of the control group. Comparison of the incidence of abnormal reaction of the two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.Results In the observation group,intraoperative intense fear,palpitation,nausea,low blood pressure and other abnormal reactions were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfort care for patients with cesarean section can effectively improve the comfort of the mother＇s surgery,ensure quality of care,improve maternal satisfaction with care,and have a high value.
