摘要
目的探讨循证护理方式对于治疗急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果与应用。方法将来我院就诊的82例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各41例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法 ;观察组患者采用循证护理方法。对两组患者在护理过程中出现的并发症情况以及住院时间进行统计和分析。结果观察组患者出现2例并发症(4.88%),对照组患者中出现9例并发症(21.96%)。观察组患者并发症的发生率显著低于对照组患者,二者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间小于对照组患者,之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对罹患急性阑尾炎的患者在手术之后实施循证护理,能够有效的降低并发症的发生率,保证患者的生存质量。
Objective To explore the evidence-based nursing methods for clinical effect and application for the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis.Methods The future of our hospital 82 cases of acute appendicitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group （n = 41）, appeared in the process of two groups of patients in nursing complications and length of hospital stay for statistics and analysis. ResultsThe observation group patients （4.88%）, 2 cases of complications in 9 cases of control group in patients with complications （21.96%）. Observation group of patients, the incidence of complications was signiifcantly lower than the control group patients between the differences statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In patients suffering from acute appendicitis in the implementation of evidence-based nursing after operation, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
