摘要
目的将腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的临床治疗效果实施对比。方法对2013年3月~2014年12月之间巨大卵巢囊肿手术50例患者进行分析,分成腹腔镜组与开腹手术组,观察对比其临床治疗效果。结果腹腔镜组平均手术时间和开腹手术组手术所需要的时间差没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对病例的选取比较严苛的基础上,对腹腔镜下巨大卵巢囊肿的手术实施分析,总结出该形式的手术创伤小,术后恢复的比较快,此种形式对于巨大卵巢囊肿的手术比较适宜。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of large ovarian cysts.MethodsFifty patients between March 2013~December 2014 giant ovarian cyst surgery were divided into laparoscopic group and open surgery group,the clinical effect were observed. Results The average operative time of laparoscopic group and laparotomy group operation time required for the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Based on the selected cases more stringent,analysis of the implementation of laparoscopic surgery of giant ovarian cysts,summed up the form of a small surgical trauma,postoperative recovery is faster,the huge ovarian cyst surgery for more appropriate.
