摘要
目的:评价腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢囊肿的可行性。方法:选择2000年11月～2009年1月的15例巨大卵巢囊肿(直径≥20cm)患者,对其手术情况进行分析。结果:所有患者的手术均在腹腔镜下完成,没有严重并发症发生。手术时间为30～150min,术中出血量为10～100ml,最短的住院时间为4天。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢肿瘤是安全可靠的。
Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of huge oophoritic cyst. Methods： 15 cases with huge oophoritic cyst （diameter≥20 cm） from November 2000 to January 2009 were analysed retrospectively. Results： All the patients were accomplished under laparoscopy. No severe complication occurred. The operation time was 30 - 150 minutes, the blood loss during the operation was 10 -100 ml, the shortest duration of hospitalization was 4 days. Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of huge oophoritic cyst.
