摘要
文章提出了基于突变级数法的物流系统综合评价方法。该方法对评价目标进行多层次分解,然后利用突变理论与模糊数学中的隶属函数相结合,从下层指标向上逐层量化得出各层次指标的突变级数,最后得出总的突变级数,并按突变级数的大小排序,指出后期发展方向。该方法简单易用,且不用给出指标权重,克服了主观赋权的局限性,使得评价更趋于实际。
The logistics system evaluation based on catastrophe theory is proposed in this paper. After decomposing the appraised goal with many layers, this method combines the catastrophe theory and the membership function of fuzzy mathematics to get the catastrophe progression of various levels indexes from the lower indexes to the upper indexes and obtains the catastrophe progression of the logistics system. And then, the logistics system is evaluated by sorting the catastrophe progression, This method is simple to use without confirming the weight of the index. So it overcomes the limitation of subjective weight and makes the evaluation to tend to practice.
