摘要
对比分析了三种已有的供应链管理成熟度模型,定义了石油企业可持续供应链管理成熟度的概念。参照OPM3模型的三维框架,结合石油企业供应链管理的特点,构建了我国石油企业可持续供应链管理成熟度模型三维框架,即石油企业供应链管理的五个能力等级;五个关键要素和五个运作流程;三个版图层次。该框架是一种评估和改进石油企业供应链管理水平的方法和工具,对于石油企业供应链管理实践的改进具有重要的指导意义。
This paper comparative analysis for three kinds of existing supply chain management maturity model and defines the concept of the maturity of petroleum enterprise sustainable supply chain management （SSCM）. Following the three-dimensional framework of OPM3 model and combining with the characteristics of petroleum enterprise supply chain management, A three-dimensional framework of SSCM of our country petroleum enterprise has been constructed based on five ability grades, five key elements, five operation process and three landscape levels of petroleum enterprise supply chain management. This framework is a tool to evaluate and improve supply chain management, which is important for improving petroleum enterprise supply chain management practice in China.
