摘要
当前能源企业的竞争力已逐渐在产业链供应链中体现。本文从现代供应链管理视角出发,通过梳理分析采购计划管理制度、协同、监管、考核的痛点与难点,提出了集团级企业全面采购计划管理的解决方案。将年度采购计划作为采购计划管理抓手,在制度流程、监管目录、协同机制、考核指标以及数字化落地方面详细阐述解决方案,并评估了方案的实施效果,提出了后续改进的方向。
At present,the competitiveness of energy enterprises is gradually reflected by industrial and supply chains.In light of modern supply chain management,this paper proposes a solution to the comprehensive procurement plan management of group enterprises by making a survey of and analyzing the pain points and difficulties in procurement plan management system,collaboration,supervision and assessment.Taking the annual procurement plan as an important measure of procurement plan management,this paper elaborates the solution in terms of system process,regulatory catalog,collaboration mechanism,assessment indicators and digital implementation,evaluates the implementation effect of the solution,and proposes the direction for subsequent improvement.
