摘要
为了改善煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔效果,提高瓦斯抽采的浓度,针对传统封孔材料封孔效果不佳、操作复杂、成本较高等缺点,提出了利用新型高水材料封孔的方法。该材料以A料(煤矸石)为基料,配以B料(生石灰、膨胀剂、脱水剂、偶联剂等)。当质量比A料∶B料∶水=1∶1∶4时,封孔效果达到最佳,并在西山煤电集团官地矿进行了成功的应用。结果表明:应用新型高水材料后瓦斯抽采浓度可提高35%~50%。
To improve the borehole sealing effect and the gas drainage concentration of underground coal mine, aiming at shortcomings of the traditional sealing material, such as poor sealing effect, complex operation and high cost, the paper a sealing method using new high water material, which is based on A (coal gangue powder), using B as adjuvant (quicklime, expansive agent, dehydrating agent, coupling agent etc. ). When A : B : H2O = 1 : 1 : 4 ( mass ratio), optimum sealing effect is achieved. The technology was applied in Guandi Coal Mine, and the result showed that, the gas drainage concentration was increased by 35% -50%.
