摘要
针对苹果的农药残留问题,以苹果汁为载体,用表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)技术采集含有单一农药(二嗪农)和混合农药(二嗪农、马拉硫磷)样本的表面增强拉曼光谱信息并进行分析。用判别分析的方法对其进行定性分析,其预测准确率可达到100%。再结合偏最小二乘定量分析方法对混合农药样本的表面增强拉曼光谱进行数学建模分析。该模型对两种农药同时进行定量分析时的校正集相关系数可达到0.999以上,加入预测集后的相关系数也可达到0.97以上。研究结果表明,运用表面增强拉曼光谱技术对苹果汁中多种农药残留物同时进行定性定量分析具有一定的可行性。
Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering( SERS) was used in collecting surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy of two different kinds of apple juice samples respectively,one contained pesticide diazinon only while another contained diazinon and malathion. Discriminant analysis method was used to build themathematical model for qualitative analysis,and the accuracy rate of prediction was proved to be 100%. Then the quantitative model of those samples contained mixed pesticides was built based on Partial Least Squares( PLS). Correlation coefficient of calibration set can reach 0.999 and correlation coefficient of prediction set can reach 0.97 when it was used to predict diazinon and malathion at the same time.The results showed that SERS can be used for qualitative and quantitative identification of multi- pesticides.
