摘要 管道输送是充填系统的主要组成部分,也是关键环节。针对灵山矿区应用胶结充填技术遇到的问题,选用了一种胶结充填新型固结剂——C料。重点介绍了C料替代高水材料作为胶结材料确定充填方案后,尾砂C料胶结充填的管道输送技术。通过研究充填管道输送二相流的基本理论,分析充填管道输送中充填料的沉降规律和运动形式,计算出临界流速及两相流的水力坡度,为灵山矿区充填管道输送提供理论支撑。 Pipeline transportation is one of the major parts in filling system and also the key part. According the problem cemented filling technique encountered in Lingshan Gold Mining District,the study selected a new type of cementing filling material—C material. This paper focused on the pipeline transportation technique of tailings C material cementing filling when the C material substituted for aqueous cementing material as the cementing material. Through the research into the basic theory of two phase flow in filling pipeline transportation,the paper analyzes the settlement rules and motion patterns of the filling material. Critical flow velocity and two phase flow hydraulic gradients were calculated. The study provides theoretical support for the pipeline transportation in Lingshan Mining District.
