摘要
充填采矿法适用于开采矿岩稳固性差的贵金属矿床,也是提高资源回采率最有效的方法之一。充填材料对充填采矿法的应用起着举足轻重的作用。针对海沟金矿采矿方法应用中存在的问题,重点介绍了上向水平分层充填采矿法新型尾砂固结材料的应用,应用结果表明:与原高水速凝尾砂胶结充填相比,采场充填能力提高近3倍,固结材料节省近一半,不仅改善了采场作业条件,还提高了资源回采率。
Filling mining method is suitable for cracked precious metal deposit. And it is also an effective method to enhance the recovery rate of resources. Backfilling materials play an important role in the mining method. Aiming at the problems in the mining method of Haigou gold mine, the application of a new type of tailings bonding material applied in upward horizontal slice stoping and backfilling is introduced in detail. The application reveals that comparing with the high-water quick-setting bonding tailings, the back filling capacity can be raised by 3 times, while the bonding materials can be saved for 50%. Meanwhile, the working conditions are improved and the recovery rate of resources is enhanced.
