摘要
炮仗花色素属于天然植物色素,本研究利用炮仗花的新鲜花瓣为原料,对其色素进行提取、纯化和稳定性研究。通过进行单因素实验和正交试验,确定最佳的提取工艺并进行纯化,利用纯化后的浸膏再制成色素原液来进行色素的稳定性研究。结果表明,当提取剂为无水乙醇、液料比为1∶10、温度为60℃时提取的效率最高,其中液料比因素对提取效果影响最大;同时通过稳定性研究得出炮仗花色素具有良好的热稳定性,较强的耐氧化和耐还原能力,在弱碱和弱酸性条件下保持稳定,对化妆品常用抗过敏剂、抗氧化剂以及防腐剂具有良好的稳定性,可以应用在化妆品中。
Pyrostegia venusta dye is a natural dye. Extraction, purification and stability of Pyrostegia venusta dye were studied with its flowers. The optimum extraction was obtained by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The stability of the dye extracted and purified from the flowers was studied. Results showed that optimum extraction conditions were extracting dye with anhydrous etha- nol, liquid ratio 1 : 10, and temperature 60~C ; the liquid ratio was the biggest influence factor on the extraction. At the same time, the stability research indicated that the dye has good thermal stability, strong resistance to oxidation and reduction, stable in weak base and weak acid conditions. The dye was also stable to allergy agent, antioxidant and preservatives that commonly used in the cosmetics; it could be used in cosmetics.
