Taking the engineering of pipe gallery at Yuhe Road in Foshan New City as a case study, the essential elements and methods for design of pipe gallery were expounded. The design of the plane and vertical layout, outlets of pipeline, structural waterproof, power supply and distribution, auto- matic control, fire fighting, drainage, ventilation and so on was introduced, which could provide a refer- ence for designers.
