摘要
目的:优化染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺,并对其性质进行考察。方法:用溶液搅拌法制备染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物,采用星点设计-效应面法确定最佳工艺条件。运用相溶解度法考察在不同温度条件下磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对染料木素的增溶作用。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)、红外光谱法(IR)对包合物进行验证。结果:染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺条件为:染料木素与磺丁基醚-β-环糊精的投料比为1∶5,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为3.5 h。结论:成功制备染料木素磺丁基醚-β-环糊精包合物,显著提高了染料木素的溶解度。
OBJECTIVE To optimize formulation of genistein-sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex(GE-SBE-β-CD)and investigate its properties.METHODS GE-SBE-β-CD was prepared by stirring method.Optimum procedures for preparation were selected by central composite design-response surface methodology.Solubilization of SBE-β-CD on genistein was investigated by phase solubility method at various temperatures.Inclusion complex was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and infrared spectrometry(IR).RESULTS Optimal conditions for preparing GE-SBE-β-CD were characterized as follows:molar ratio of genistein to sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin,1∶5;reaction temperature,50 ℃;reaction time,3.5 h.CONCLUSION GE-SBE-β-CD is prepared successfully.Solubility of genistein is improved by sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin complexation obviously.
