摘要
目的研究β-环糊精选择性提取虎杖化学成分及其体外抗内毒素活性。方法利用水溶液中β-环糊精与客体分子包合结晶法,选择提取虎杖中的化学成分;LOPS法考察包合提取部位抗内毒素活性。结果β-环糊精选择性分离出虎杖中的化学成分并形成了包合物晶体,差热扫描图谱确证了包合物的形成;该包合物的体外抗内毒素作用强于阳性对照多粘菌素B。结论β-环糊精选择性提取部位活性明确,无需分离可直接用于制剂。
Objective To study selective abstraction of chemical constituents from Chinese Herb Polygonum Cuspidatum with β-cyclodextrin and activity of antiendotoxin in vitro. Methods Chemical constituents of Polygonum Cuspidatum was selectively abstracted by crystallization of inclusion complex of object molecule with β-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution antiendotoxin activity of abstraction was investigated by LOPS way. Results The complex crystal was formed by selective abstraction of chemical constituent of Polyganum Cuspidatum with β- cyclodextrin; inclusion complex was identified by DTA spectroscopy:in antiendotoxin, the inclusion complex was superior to polymyxin B. Conclusion Chemical constituents of Polygonum Cuspidatum selectively abstracted with β-cyclodextrin is accurate,and can be directly used for pharmaceutical preparation.
