微小RNAs在心肌肥厚中的作用

摘要 心肌肥厚是心脏对损伤和压力负荷增加所做出的适应性反应,起初能代偿性的增加心脏输出做功,但持续性的心肌肥厚最终将导致心力衰竭甚至猝死。近年来众多研究发现非编码的小RNAs(microRNAs/miRNAs)在转录后水平调节相关蛋白的表达,参与了心肌肥厚的一系列病理生理过程。本文就与心肌肥厚相关的一系列miRNAs进行综述。 Cardiac hypertrophy is an adaptive response to pressure overload damage, which produces initial energy compensatory increase in cardiac output, but sustained cardiac hypertrophy will eventually lead to heart failure and even death. In recent years, numerous studies have found small non-coding RNAs (microRNAs/miRNAs) regulate the level of expression in post-transcriptional related proteins involved in cardiac hypertrophy series of pathophysiological processes. This article reviews a series of miRNAs associ- ated with cardiac hypertrophy.
