摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的重要并发症之一。目前关于糖尿病肾病的发生发展机制尚不十分明确。近年来研究发现,表观遗传学因素在其进展中发挥了重要作用,其中微小RNAs(microRNAs)在糖尿病肾病的发展中发挥了保持足细胞正常功能及细胞外基质动态平衡等多种功能。 Diabetic nephropathy is one of the important complications of diabetes mellitus.Although the mechanisms of diabetic nephropathy are not fully understood,recently a large number of research papers demonstrated a role of epigenetic factors in the development of this disease.Among them,microRNAs (miRNAs) have been shown to be functionally important in the progression of diabetic nephropathy,such as maintaining the normal function of podocytes and the homeostasis of extracellular matrix.
