摘要
目的调查吉林省供电企业职工的精神卫生状况,为采取健康促进措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机的抽样方法,依据Goldberg GHQ-12量表、Mclean's工作紧张问卷及其赋分方法和判定标准对吉林省供电企业的职工进行问卷调查。结果抽取职工344名,其中51.4%(168/327)的员工存在精神卫生异常情况。每日工作时间和工龄不同,其精神异常率差异明显(P<0.05),每日工作时间超过11h、工龄超过10年,精神异常率明显偏高。生产工人的精神异常比率高达56.5%。职业紧张因素(含亚组)、应付能力(含亚组)的得分精神卫生异常组均明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论应适当安排职工作息时间,降低职业紧张程度,保持职工精神卫生健康。
Objective To study the mental health status among electric utility workers and occupational stress status, take active measures to health management and promotion. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 344 electric power workers in jilin province based on Goldberg GHQ- 12 mental health criterion. Results In the occupational stress questionnaire, the workers were surveyed and 51.4%(168/327) of the workers are in abnormal situation of mental health. The mental abnormality rates have obvious differences(P〈0.05), mental abnormality rates significantly increased.among the workers. Conclusion We should properly arrange staff work and rest time, to reduce the degree of occupational stress and keep staff mental health.
